Blonde Brownies

I’ve been trying to lose weight. This recipe refuses to help that cause. It’s lick the knife clean good. These blonde brownies will make you #1 at your house! Again, you’re welcome!!!

Blonde Brownies

These brownies are a real show-stopper! Seriously, delicious! Don't make them if you don't like to share and are having people over! :)


  • 4oz Hershey's Cookies 'n' Cream Chocolate Candy Bar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 7oz sweetend condensed milk ((or so))
  • 1/2 bag mini semi sweet chocolate chips


Step 1

Melt the candy bar, sugar, and butter over medium/low heat until melted.
Step 2
Whisk in 2 lightly beaten eggs and 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Step 3

Add flour. baking powder, and salt until mixture is incorporated and smooth
Step 4

Pour into a round cake pan (9")
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Finishing off

Remove from oven

Immediately pour 7 oz (or so) of sweetened condensed milk over top of brownies.
Step 8

Layer with 1/2 bag mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Step 9
Let cool and enjoy!
